Docuware is very intuitive, if you have a file on your system that you want to add to Docuware you simply open a basket then drag and drop the file you want to add,  This will copy the file to the basket. Once in a basket any files can be stored in the same manner you store any other records. It is very simple and you can store almost any kind of file and retrieve it from the system.
